Institute has formed examination cell to perform all activities related to examinations of affiliating university i.e. Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. It is responsible for smooth and fair conduction of examinations in the institute.

The cell will be liaising between the institute and the university for all activities related to examinations. It is for helping the students to solve their difficulties/grievances related examination activities.

Student Welfare is integralpart to all aspects of college life and the main motive of this to ensure that the institute should provide a safe and supportive environment and culture which shaped and maintained so that the experience of teaching and learning is enhanced for all students.

  1. Earn & Learn Scheme

The main objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a multifaceted personality with academic excellence and a commitment to an egalitarian society. This scheme will help students to fill up the gaps between Rural Bharat and urban India.This scheme is basically undertaken for the benefit of students coming from the rural areas, which are economically not Sound backward, intelligent, and meritorious but cannot afford higher education, needy for financialsupport.

It inculcates in the student the idea that no work is big or small and develops a work culture with the right aptitude. This is a vision of keeping our youth gainfully employed as well as to contribute from civil society. This is a paradigm shift in the way we see higher education. This will make higher education accessible and available to the poor, meritorious and the marginalized.

Technical work includes:

Students should equipped theirKnowledgetheoretical as well as technically which helps to developed interpersonal relationship with society.

In this scheme students will participating to enhance their various technical knowledge like works of computers, office machines such as photocopying etc. or even working at administrative work , while field work includes working in the garden, looking after newly planted trees, play grounds, cleanliness of the campus etc. Each student is expected to work for three hours daily.
Students working under this scheme are paid an honorarium of Rs.30 per hour as per the revised rates effective July 2015. Payment is made as per the attendance sheet, which is to be maintained by the institute. The students are requested to open a bank account at their respective places and cheques make payments.

  1. Special Guidance Scheme

The basic objective of this scheme is to help those students who are deprived of the latest knowledge of the subject they undertake at the first year level. Secondly, this scheme is helpful for students for their overall development. Thirdly, to offer guidance to students in their career choices and the relevant subjects to be pursued by them to attain their best potential

  1. Personality Development of Girl Students

This is a scheme introduced to develop the confidence and personality of a girls who comes from the rural areas and are deprived sections of society. The marginalization and deprivation is double if you are a woman and from the backward or scheduled castes. The main objective of this scheme is to develop a critical mind, self-confidence and a commitment to society. The girls students are given training in health, law, and social activities. They are also given training in self-employment and all possible other activities that enhance her social confidence. The main objectives of this scheme includes development of self-confidence how to defend oneself in any situation, training in self-defense and finally make them fearless and be ready to face any unwanted situation. This scheme is open to all regular girls students.

National Service Scheme

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhi Ji’s Centenary year, 1969. Aimed at developing student’s personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges.

The main objectives of National Service Scheme (NSS) are :
1) Understand the community in which they work.
2) Understand themselves in relation to their community.
3) Identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them in problem-solving.
4) Develop among themselves a sense of social and civic responsibility.
5) Utilise their knowledge in finding practical solutions to individual and community problems.
6) Develop competence required for group-living and sharing of responsibilities.
7) Gain skills in mobilising community participation.
8) Acquire leadership qualities and democratic attitudes.
9) Develop capacity to meet emergencies and natural disasters and
10) Practise national integration and social harmony.

Students had taken Hand-writing, Drawing, Dance, Limbu-Chamcha, singing, competitions for Janta Vidyalaya students. Prize Distribution of competitions etc.
2 Swachhta Pakhwada 2017 1st to 15th September 2017 Inauguration of Program & Talk by Principal & Head of Institute on Importance of Cleanliness and Sanitization.Common Pledge by Students and Employee on Swachata.Essay Competition on cleanliness. Cleanliness Activities in and surrounding of college campus. Cleanliness Activities in and surrounding of hostel building. Cleanest hostel room contest. Cleanliness Activities in and surrounding of hostel mess. Cleanliness Activities at road leading to the institution.Care for the surrounding day (Visit at Public Place) etc.
3 Swachhta Hi Seva (Swachata Abhiyan) 22nd September 2017 Taking mass pledge on swachhta  by Students  in all department class room. Cleanliness Activities in and surrounding of college campus. College management, Principal & all head of department tree plantation is under taken nearby college campus.
4 7 day NSS Special Camp 2016-17 20th Dec. To 26th Dec. 2016 7 Days NSS Special Camp were conducted at Lahavit Village, District-Nashik.   25 NSS Volunteers were participated in this camp. Doing activity in camp – Rally on Save trees. Swachata Abhiyan- Students had cleaned Gram-Panchayet Surrounding area, Students had collected plastics from main road of village, Students had cleaned the staying school campus. Students had taken quiz competitions for Janta Vidyalaya students. Prize Distribution of quiz competitions. Students had performing drama for explaining the concepts why education is important for girls. Group Discussion on What NSS, Why NSS, Not for me but for you etc.
5 Organ Donation Rally 2016  20 Sep. 2016  Rally on organ donation at surrounding of college campus.
6 Swachhta Pakhwada 2016 1st to 15th September 2016 Inauguration of Program & shares some thoughts by Principal & Head of Institute about the cleanliness and sanitation and also instructed the student to follow the instruction to maintain good health. Sensitization program for students and staff. Essay Competition on cleanliness. Painting Competition on cleanliness. Common Pledge by Students and Employee.

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDSL) e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd., has developed Vidya Lakshmi Portal.  This portal has facilities of education loan, scholarship and other student friendly facilities through one link.
