Nestled in the heart of the city, the picturesque campus of Guru Gobind Singh college of Engineering and Research Centre provides a serene and supportive environment that fosters academic and personal growth. We are pleased to announce the launch of our department of management studies offering two programs from this Academic Year 2024-25 Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

The department offers a 2 year full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Post Graduate Degree which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. This programme consists of four semesters.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

  A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an undergraduate degree designed to provide students with a broad foundation in business principles and practices. It typically covers core areas such as management, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations. The program aims to develop essential skills like leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning, preparing graduates for various roles in the business world. BBA courses often combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, including internships and projects, to ensure students are well-equipped to enter the workforce or pursue further studies in business or related fields.The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 recommends a four-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program for undergraduate students. The program is divided into eight semesters and allows students to enter and exit multiple times. Under NEP, the BBA course can range from three to four years, offering multiple exit options:

• Certificate: Exit after 1 year (completion of 2 semesters).
• Diploma: Exit after 2 years (completion of 4 semesters).
• Degree: Completion of 3 years (completion of 6 semesters).
• Honors Degree: Completion of 4 years (completion of 8 semesters) with an additional focus on research or a major project.

Eligibility Criteria : students who have completed their 10+2 (higher secondary education) in any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts) from a recognized educational board are eligible along with Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-CET)
