Training and Placement Cell at Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering and Research Centre is dedicated for giving training to all the students and specially focusing on Final Year Students of all branches. T&P Cell believes in the 360 degree training of the students from orientation, technical, soft skills, on-job, competitive, managerial, practical perspective.

T&P cell training starts from 1^st year of engineering itself and more focus is given to 3^rd year and final year students. These trainings help students to develop a mesmerizing personality before passing out from the institute. This all round training includes, Soft Skills, Life Skills, Presentation Skill, along with Employ ability Skills , which develops confidence in students &  transforms them from graduates into technocrats.

The basic aim of training programmes is to make aware the students about requirements of industries & help them to face the rigorous selection process of industries/corporate.
